EUDR
EUDR-related information
Kapak Road collects lot-level information intended to support customers with their own EUDR due-diligence obligations. The operator or trader remains responsible for determining its obligations and completing any required due-diligence statement.
Last reviewed: 15 July 2026
The information available for each lot varies and may include production location, plot geolocation, production period, supplier information and supporting documents. Kapak Road does not present a lot as "EUDR ready" or "EUDR compliant". Instead, each lot page describes what has been received and reviewed using the following evidence stages:
- Not yet assessed
- Information requested
- Plot geolocation received
- Production-date information received
- Legality information received
- Supporting evidence under review
- Buyer / operator review required
- Reconfirmation required
Application timetable
- Large and medium operators: 30 December 2026.
- Micro and small operators: 30 June 2027.
- Different timing may apply to certain timber operators.
Refer to the official European Commission page on the EU Deforestation Regulation for authoritative guidance.
Kapak Road's status labels are not a legal compliance determination. Whether a lot supports a given due-diligence statement depends on the operator's own assessment, its role in the transaction and applicable law. This page is intended to describe information provision, not to give legal advice.
