Alta Sajonia is a family-owned coffee farm in Balboa, Risaralda, operated by the Marín-Correal family. At approximately 1,470–1,500 metres above sea level, the farm focuses principally on Cenicafé 1 and washed processing, with traceability maintained at farm and lot level.
The family combines selective harvesting, controlled fermentation and sun drying to produce clean, sweet and balanced coffees that reflect their part of the Colombian Coffee Region.
