Ayni works with cacao producers and community associations across Peru — including Awajun and Ashaninka Matsigenka territories, Bella Vista, and native Chuncho farms in Cusco.
Available formats include raw cacao beans, cacao nibs, cacao paste, and tempered / packed cacao paste. Both native and conventional cacao are available depending on partner allocation and harvest window.
